Join Choice Ireland, the RAG collective and the Lashback collective to celebrate International Womens Day What: Feminist Walking Tour 2009 On March 8th 2008 over 150 people took to the streets to take part in the first Feminist Walking Tour of Dublin to mark International Women's Day. Following the enormous success of last year's tour, we are once again stepping out to tell the often forgotten stories of the Dublin women who have shaped the world we live in. |

Jump To Comment: 1 2 3 4 5just an update to say that the route follows a path through the north east inner city, there will be guest speakers from community and feminist groups and some suprises on the day! once again this year, we will be providing free booklets, with a map and a wealth of information, as well as an activity sheet to keep the younger feminists amused. tour will last about 2 hours and finish in seomra spraoi for some yummy food for hungry walkers! promises to be a great day.

I brought my mam on this tour last year and it was AWESOME...we learned loads and had such a great day, I really can't wait to see you all again at the weekend!! thanks...
This is a great event fun informative sometimes shocking.I had hoped that the tour would be revived.This really is not to be missed.Wrap up warm and enjoy.
