offsite link Dictator Trump? That?s Just Silly Wed Feb 26, 2025 19:05 | Dr James Allan
Calling Trump a dictator is just silly, says Prof James Allan. Yes, he's bombastic. But he's been elected to secure the border and drain the swamp. And he is the President, in whom all executive authority resides.

The BBC spent over ?300,000 of licence fee-payers' money to hide a report on its anti-Israel bias. Amid the crisis from its pulled Gaza documentary, it's time to let us see it, says Donna Rachel Edmunds. What is it hiding?

Local Hiphop Artists Challenges ASBO

category dublin | rights, freedoms and repression | other press author Friday July 15, 2005 17:51author by Kounter Kultureauthor email tino7tino at yahoo dot comauthor address Dublin, Ireland Report this post to the editors

ASBO attacks Hiphop Kulture

Over the years Hiphop Kulture has constantly remained under attack by the main cultures of the world who fear the loss of control over the new emerging generations. From the early Emcees and Deejays who were arrested during the park jams to the early Breakers who too were arrested for dancing on the streets; to the new “Hiphop Task Forces” monitoring Hiphoppas in the same way they monitor street gangs; and the recent attempts by some countries to ban “repetitive beats” and the wearing of hoodies.

Now in Ireland, politicians are continuing these attempts at suppressing the Elements of Hiphop Kulture by introducing the “Anti-Social Behaviour Orders” which will allow the Gardai (Ireland’s National Police Force) to conduct on-the-spot interrogations of youth who “look” suspect. That “look” may include the wearing of a hoodies. That “behaviour” can include some kids standing around Beatboxin’. And if these new laws are passed, the Gardai will have the authority to fine you on-the-spot.

An online petition has been put into effect to contest the passing of these laws. Anyone who cares about their freedom of expression, as well as their freedom to be different, please take the time to sign it. All you need to include is your name, email address and location.

I have written a Poem, which is now a Irish Hiphop songs released through the Undaground. Below is a low-quality MP3, but a good quality one is available for free at the link below.

Peace!

“SociaLies”

TIMES TO OPEN UP YOUR EYES, NEVER BE AFRAID TO SOCIALISE
KOUNTER KULTURE’S ON THE PROWL, IRISH HIPHOP’S ON THE RISE
FIGHTING OUR WAY THROUGH ALL THE DARKNESS AND THE LIES
CUZ IT’S US THEY DESPISE AND THEY WISH TO VICTIMISE
CUZ I AM HIPHOP, THESE POLITICIANS WANNA BATTLE ME
CUZ THEY KNOW THAT HIPHOP HAS A STRONG PERSONALITY
PLUS WE GOTTA DEAL WITH THIS FUCKED UP SOCIETY
RELIGIONS WANNA LIE TO ME, SOCIAL I DON’T TRY TO BE
THE GOVERNMENT WANTS TO PUT HIPHOP KULTURE TO A STOP
SO THIS IS NOT A GOOD TIME TO BE IRISH HIPHOP
YOU GOT AMERICAN KIDS ON PROZAC GOING POSTAL
IN IRELAND THEY WANNA LABEL US ANTI SOCIAL
CAN’T EVEN JOIN THE CRAIC ON THE STREETS WITH YOUR BOYS
SPITTIN MAD LYRICS WITH THAT BROTHER WHITE NOISE
NO MORE POP-LOCKS OR UPROCKS WITH INTOX
NO MORE SPINNING ON YOUR BACKS ON THAT CARDBOARD BOX
NO MORE BATTLES IN THE PARKS, MAN THIS MAKES NO SENSE
NO MORE GHETTO BLASTERS ON THE STREETS PUMPING NUCENTZ
CUZ VERY SOON THEY’RE GONNA BUILD A NEW PRISON
WITH A LOT OF EMPTY CELLS THAT ARE GONNA NEED FILLIN
GUESS WHO’S THE VILLAIN? NOT JUST THOSE WHO BE KILLIN
BUT ALL YOU HOODY WEARING, HIPHOPPAS ON THE STREETS CHILLIN
HEY ENDA KENNY, HERE’S SOME THINGS YOU MISSED
SOME ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR YOU MIGHT WANNA ADD LIST
LIKE GRABBIN MY BALLS OR MAYBE SCRATCHIN MY ASS
OR USING A STRAW TO SLURP THE GUINNESS FROM THE BOTTOM OF A GLASS
YO WE DON’T NEED YOUR GARDAI BREATHIN DOWN OUR THROATS
YOUR JUST MAD CUZ FINE GAEL KEEPS LOSING MORE VOTES
YOU WANNA MAKE OUR COMMUNITIES SAFE
BUT “WHO PROTECTS US FROM YOU?” IS THE QUESTION WE FACE
AND WHAT DOES MINISTER MCDOODOO REALLY KNOW ABOUT JUSTICE
LET IRISH HIPHOP COME IN THE DAIL TO DISCUSS THIS
SO WE CAN THRUST THIS MIC UP YOUR ASS
THAT WAY IRELAND CAN HEAR THAT YOU’RE REALLY FULL OF GAS

that he Dutch Protection Rights Entertainment Industry Netherlands (BREIN) {an evil Hollywood front} lost its case this week against five Dutch ISPs who refused to hand over the names of 42 suspected song swappers. BREIN knew these individuals only by their IP address.
One of the ISPs was dutch eDonkey. Not like radical or anything. The court ruled that BREIN made a crucial mistake in collecting evidence against the individuals. BREIN hired US company Media Sentry, which monitors popular online forums and P2P services for copyright infringement and tracks unauthorised online distribution. Apparently the company only looked at shared folders of Kazaa, but these folders may also have contained files for personal use, the court argues. There is not enough proof that these particular files were uploaded.
The ruling isn't a full victory for the Dutch ISPs. The court argued that ISPs can be forced by law to hand over personal data. However, in order to do so BREIN would have to start all over again.

This is like if you download / upload music for free or swapshare and databases and stuff.
